One Equity Partners Portfolio Company, Computer Design & Integration, Completes Acquisition of Kintyre Solutions

Fourth Add-On Acquisition Strengthens CDI’s Security and Public Cloud Capabilities

New York – One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company Computer Design & Integration LLC (“CDI”) , a market-leading IT solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of Kintyre Solutions, Inc. (“Kintyre” or “the Company”), a system integrator with practices focused on cloud native application development, observability and investigation platforms, cloud optimization, and various security engineering technologies. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2015, Kintyre provides product development, advanced configuration management, integration, data analytics, security engineering and other high value managed services. Headquartered in Philadelphia, the Company offers full end-to-end enterprise class cloud native development and optimization to clients.

The transaction is CDI’s fourth add-on deal as a portfolio company of OEP and follows its acquisition of High Availability, Inc., a Philadelphia-based IT solutions provider in January. CDI acquired P5 Solutions, Inc., a Reston, Va.-based ServiceNow Elite Partner, in September 2020 and Plan B Technologies, Inc., an Annapolis, Md.-based IT solutions and professional services provider, in July 2020.
