One Equity Partners’ Portfolio Company Computer Design & Integration Completes Acquisition of Candoris

Fifth Strategic Acquisition Strengthens Digital Transformation and Salesforce Consulting Capabilities

NEW YORK – One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company Computer Design & Integration (“CDI”), a market-leading IT solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of Candoris (“the Company”), a premier technology solutions provider that enhances key strategic partnerships with Dell Technologies and Salesforce. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Annville, Pa., Candoris provides managed IT services, Salesforce consulting, application development and digital transformation services across the Northeastern U.S. The addition of Candoris will strengthen CDI’s suite of digital services and modern cloud-native application development capabilities.
