One Equity Partners Invests in Montgomery Transport

Firm Sees Opportunities to Accelerate Growth through Strategic M&A

NEW YORK— One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed its investment in Montgomery Transport (or “the Company”), a leading over-the-road flatbed transportation and logistics provider. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Montgomery Transport specializes in over-dimensional, heavy haul, and wide load solutions for customers across the United States. The Company operates a fleet of trucks and trailers that transport products such as steel, lumber, building materials, and steel beams and coil.
