Eva Gonzalez joined OEP in 2023 and is a Senior Operations Associate based in the Chicago office. Prior to joining OEP, Ms. Gonzalez worked as a Senior Operations Associate for The Mather Group, where she focused on driving collaboration across internal departments and integrating systems in relation to M&A transactions. Ms. Gonzalez graduated from Florida State University with a B.S in Finance.
